Clients come in are spoken to within 15 minutes of arriving. it is explained to them that I need to do a drawing to do what they want. I go to the back to draw. after 10 or 15 minutes they get up and leave with no explanation never to return. This is after several weeks of emails being exchanged. It was explained to them that it would take me some time to draw and so I went to the desk to do exactly that. It is unknown to me whether or not they thought I was taking too long or if they chickened out. But we really need to have something that we can go to to make complaints about this kind of thing because there are is certainly a lot of power and energy being placed in the opposite direction. There's a ton of pressure on business owners to bend over backwards for clients so that they don't receive a bad review on Yelp, but there is no opposite action available.
